At Makari De Suisse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium skincare purchase; if you are not, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

  Ship to Makari

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
